Gary, Todd's dad, came to the house to help for 2 days and we got a lot of stuff done while he was here too. Under our cabinets and sink we didn't have any baseboards. It was just nasty old wood and a hole under the sink. Gary bought and cut baseboards to fit and pounded them in.
In our coat closet, there must've been some water damage or something because they cut out part of the sheetrock and removed the hardwood. We just did a massive baseboard to cover the hole and then we'll carpet the floor in there when we recarpet the whole house after painting. It was pretty drafty in that closet because of the large hole. It's much better now. :)
